Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
• If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have a parent or guardian’s consent.
• By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create nicknames or drawings that are abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Service or other users’ experience.
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts, scrapers) to interact with the Service.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or ban any user who violates these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

3. Content & Moderation

Drawings, nicknames, and other content you create or share while using the Service (“User Content”) may be stored on our servers and displayed to other players in real-time rooms. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and share it as necessary to operate the Service.

We do not pre-screen User Content. However, we reserve the right to review, remove, or moderate any content that violates these Terms or applicable law. If you encounter content you believe is inappropriate, please contact us.

4. Intellectual Property

The Imposketch name, logo, game design, code, and visual assets (collectively, “Our IP”) are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of Our IP without our express written permission.

The game uses fonts and open-source libraries under their respective licenses. A full list of open-source dependencies is available upon request.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL IMPOSKETCH, ITS OPERATORS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes (e.g., via the Service or email).

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
